Who we are
This website, morgancollett.com, is operated by Morgan Collett Software, PTY Limited, the business behind BotFlow Host and BotFlow Dev.
The business is led by its founder, Morgan Collett, whose background is in security, production infrastructure and messaging systems. Morgan was formerly Chief Engineer at Thawte, held security and infrastructure roles at VeriSign, and was CIO of Praekelt Consulting, leading a 27-person engineering and SRE team. Morgan has more than six years' experience operating RapidPro systems for NGOs and mission-driven organisations.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and does not set cookies.
The website runs on a dedicated server that Morgan Collett Software rents from Hetzner. The server records standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which we use to operate, troubleshoot and secure the site.
Morgan Collett Software operates the website on infrastructure supplied by Hetzner. Hosting and security providers support website delivery and infrastructure operations under their applicable service terms.
Enquiries
If you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you provide:
- your name
- your organisation
- your work email address
- a description of what you need
We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to discuss any resulting work.
We use the following services for enquiries:
- Formspree receives and stores enquiry form submissions and supports their delivery to us. Formspree publishes that its services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States. See Formspree’s security information.
- Cal.com provides the external booking flow when you choose to book a conversation, and receives the details you enter there. See Cal.com’s privacy policy.
We keep enquiries that do not lead to an active client relationship for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or securely anonymised.
We do not share enquiry details with anyone other than the service providers named above, and we do not sell personal information.
Your rights
Morgan Collett Software is based in South Africa, and personal information is handled under South African data protection law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
You may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you access to it
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete information, or object to a particular use of it, where the law allows
